Adobe Creative Cloud won't install or update

I've received no error code, no download failed or anything, the updates and installation just won't start. I was trying to install Adobe Animate, but the installation was stuck at 0% and won't move, so I tried to update some other apps but still, nothing works. I previously had some problem with loading my app page on the creative cloud (had to relaunch) and eventually solved it by reinstalling, the installation just won't start. Is there any way to fix this?

My internet connection is fine, and I'm using a college email to log in, so I have access to the apps.

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
