Recently my hard drive had issues, and I had to reset my laptop. Upon reinstalling from a back up drive, I am getting the following upon trying to reopen any of the apps.
Please uninstall and reinstall the product.
If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.
Naturally with it being older, support was useless as they want to push their paid membership program.
Can anyone help? I really need it for school work.

I'd also make sure you have your Creative Suite serial number too in case it is needed
