Hi everyone,

So i have been having a problem and been trying to fix it for about a week. My adobe products would not open and i've been trying everything to get them to work. I tried installing the creative cloud multiple times. I have tried deleting the apps(since uninstall was not an option) and redownloading the creative cloud. It started with not downloading all the way. Then the more times i tried i get erros, multiple ones like "im not connected to the internet" or "im connected to adobe servers" and i am connected to the internet of course. and I have tried a lot of sites with help advice and links to help and the adobe support. I have tried the cleaner, repair and uninstall options and none have worked so far. the cleaner worked once and the uninstall creative cloud has worked. It is just the download and opening of the apps that isnt working.

Is there any advice anyone can give that could help me? I am trying to do this on a brand new computer - Mac OS Version 11.3.1

first, reset the cc app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
