After contacting support several times, I am getting more and more hopeless with these softwares. Premiere Pro is the software I use the most, and it's a total mess. From constant random issues (freezing, lagging, crashing), to aversion with Panasonic files (keep in mind this is a high-end NLE, and Panasonic is one of the biggest video companies of the world) since ever. GH5 was launched in 2017. They still don't know how to handle its files. Now Creative Cloud simply has broken, out of nowhere, and I can't even reinstall it anymore (tried the Uninstall tool already). Seriously, Adobe?

When you go to Adobe support for Premiere Pro, make sure to ask for the Video Queue.  You will get higher level support.
