Adobe Lightroom 6 : comment se déconnecter d'un ordinateur que je n'ai plus ?

Bonjour à toutes et tous.

 

J'utilise Lightroom 6 (CD acheté avec licence) sur mon Imac de bureau + sur mon macbook.

Je viens de récupérer mon Mac Book de réparation (changement de carte mère) et viens donc de réinstaller Lightroom 6 sur celui-ci.

 

En lancant l'application, Adobe m'indique que le logiciel est déjà installé sur deux ordinateurs, et que je ne peux pas l'utiliser sur mon MacBook. Je suis coincé car sur la version 6, il est impossible de désactiver à distance un compte. (J'ai tout de même 30 jours pour trouver une solution)

 

Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

J'ai également lu qu'un chat en ligne existait, que je tenterai la semaine prochaine.

-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
