Good afternoon Everyone,
Upon installation of creative cloud, the access to all apps is denied and therefore to Adobe Media Encoder.
Any assistance is welcome
check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com
then sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
then install your premiere pro and ame
Unfortunately these tips did not work.
I should describe the problem in more detail: the Creative Cloud application and Premiere Pro 2020 are installed and work for the "non-admin user".
Running the Creative Cloud application (in admin mode) to get access to the other apps does crash the file (two choices: Exit or Repair... repairing doesn't work).
Access and download via web browser is possible without problems.
A sole installation (as admin) of the AME leads to the CC app and there also to nothing.
first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:Win: Ctrl + Alt + RMac: Cmd + Opt + Rif that fails, try to repairhttps://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.htmlif that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above linkif that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.htmlthen uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.htmlclean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.htmlcheck for, and if available, update your osrestart your computer (don't skip this)reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
A complete reinstallation of all programs solved the problem.
