I have seen a 2018 Adobe Max presentation of Moving Stills.

Where is Moving Stills today?

AFAIK Adobe does not make cameras or video equipment at all. They make software to work with either Still images of videos. so whatever you saw in the MAX presentation was created with a piece of hardware capable of taking such Moving Stills (AKA Very Short videos).
