Adobe newsletter language preference

Hello,

I'm receiving Adobe Creative Cloud for Photography newsletters in French. How can I change that to English (or even Dutch)?

I already searched in several settings. Last week I filled in my prefered first and second language for e-mails in some settings (I don't know were anymore) but today I received again an e-mail in French. 

Can somebody tell me where I can change this?

I'm looking for the same thing. About 1.5 years ago, while chatting with Adobe, I was told it wasn't possible at the time.
