Adobe Photo

I pruchased the offer for 12 euro every month and i got applications like adobe fresco. In the description they said i cannot get this apllications just PS and LR. They also not listed as testversions. Are this apllication part of my order or do i have to change my order to get the Photoshop one for 23 euro per month? Thanks.

if your subscription shows what you expect (photography plan), sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

your ps and lr should no longer be listed as trials.  if that's not true, contact adobe support.

Sounds like you're logged in to a FREE plan and not a PAID Photography Plan.  Fresco is not part of the Photography plan. 

Photography plan:

• Photoshop, and Photoshop on iPad.
• Photoshop Lightroom on desktop, mobile, and the web.
• Photoshop Lightroom Classic.
• Portfolio.
• Spark with premium features.
• Bridge.
• 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB)

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
