Adobe Portfolio - Black bands underneath video and embed

Hi Adobe Community,

Wondered if you could help me here. 

I'm getting black background bands (see image) anywhere where I've uploaded a video and also for my embedded figma prototype. The main background for the site is an off black but the bands are full black.

Adobe support doesn't seem to actually respond to Portfolio requests. They put out a buggy product and then abandon users that try to use it.
