Can someone help me?
I think i entered my name more than 5 times and now it keeps showing me server error when i try to purchase it. I have a project due soon and I can't wait for a week for it to be resolved.
AkAgarwal is correct. You don't have to purchase your custom domain name from Namecheap.com.
In the meantime, why don't you set-up your Portfolio with the default domain -- https : // your_ID. myportfolio . com ?
Later, when you get your custom domain, add it to your existing Portfolio.
Go to domain name provider's website. Change the DNS A records to your Portfolio's IP address.

Hi @twinklestar143,
Adobe Portfolio does not provide domain however it gives support for buying a domain using Namecheap.
You can go to Namecheap directly and buy a domain or use Settings>Purchase a domain. If you still face the server error in purchasing then please buy the domain using GoDaddy, Hover or 1&1 etc.
Please go through the article for more help https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037977794-Buying-a-custom-domain-name
Hope it will help.
Thanks,
Akshit Agarwal
