Adobe portfolio can't find server

Hi guys, I have a question regarding to domain transfer. I bought a domain from namecheap and made the domain transfer one month ago. However, I noticed there is no connection for a lot of regions for example Europe and Norht America and it will show ip not found when they use Wifi to open my portfolio website. On the other hand, 4G does work. Namecheap staff everything seems fine from their side.  I changed my dns setting as follows.

Any idea where the problem is?
