Adobe Portfolio Ptroblem_ Can't cheak the cheakbox of "open the link new tab"

I have a problem about the Adobe Portfolio website

When i use the option of Image edit-> put the image external link/ adding link -> cheak the box name of [ "open the link on new tab"]

There are two problem on this progress

1) if i put link on the image without cheak the box name of [ "open the link on new tab"],  link  disappeared

2) if i put link on the image with cheak the box name of [ "open the link on new tab"], the cheak box didnt cheaked when i cleaked  the button

help please
