ADOBE PREMIERE ELEMENTS 15 [- how to download?]

I purchased Adobe Elements 15 & Adobe Premiere Elements 15 from the retailer where I bought my new computer.  Both programs were sold together.  I went in and got the serial numbers but cant find out how to get them both downloaded.
