Adobe products quality its AWFULL now

What happen? Nobody dont test anything now? All qualified programmers faired? What?

 Im have issue with EACH apps im using. Photoshop glitched in each new version.

Last one - issue with photoshop saving (cant save until swith off all layers except "background")

Starting Premier - crash on start. Second launch - dont work. White screen instead viewport. 

Lightroom - crash on start. After it - "wrong catalog error" until im close photoshop (no any file from lr catalogs was opened in ps). After that - crash on start again. Or carsh on catalog update. 

And many many issue very often. Everywhre. Problems with rendering viewport everywhere, problem with memory leaks, problem with performance. Glitchs, crashes, etc. 

And its looks like its going worst and worst. 

p.s. im have i7-8700k, 32gb RAM, SSD drives, 2080ti and _nothing_ and no such problems with other apps. Sorry my english.
