Bonjour,
Merci.

After looking to see if others have mentioned this issue in the Adobe forums, I came across the following as a solution that worked for someone else:
- Sign into Creative Clould account management in your browser and end all of your "Active Sessions" in the acocunt management (https://account.adobe.com/sessions). Click on "End Session" next to each of the sessions.

Merci!

To confirm, this only happens when you log into the Windows computer, not when logging into the Mac?

CET APPAREIL / PAULINE on MAC / COMMUNICATION on WINDOWS64

Cet appareil = Communication !!
Il y a quelques jours, c'était noté :
Sur mon compte :
Communication on Windows 64 --------------- Terminer la session
Communication on Windows ------------------- Terminer la session
Pauline on Mac ---------------- Terminer la session
Un problème avec Windows et Windows 64 ?

It does sound like a Windows issue.
I would deactivate on that device, make sure it is removed through your account management and then add it back. It sounds like you have done that.
I will continue to look to see if there are other solutions.
