I recently downloaded Adobe software.The cost was $20 plus dollars.I am being billed every month this amount.I do not want and cannot afford this cost I am a old age pensioner.What happened to the free download I only open documents and read them,I do not require all the rest of the info.Please stop my subscription
Acrobat Reader is a free application. No subscription required but it has very limited features. Acrobat Pro DC costs money. And it sounds like that's what you ordered.

You have inadvertently downloaded and subscribed to the similarly named Adobe Acrobat DC instead. That's a subscription product.
When exactly did you subscribe to Acrobat DC? You can cancel for free if you only subscribed within the last 14 days.
