Adobe support chat 'closed'?

I am trying to contact Adobe support but the chat function says 'Sorry, we're closed. Our Customer Care agents will be right back. Please refresh or try again in a few minutes.'

It has been like this for over 30 minutes now. Anyone know when support might be up or if there is a telephone/email/contact form I could use instead? This is about a cancellation.
