Ome has to press several options and lands then ion a digital spot with broken digital loud music and once in so many minutes the promise that someone real will come
This does NOT happen
I tried all possible options
I have a simple question that is NOT solved by the customer interfaces a bout a renewal of an account that expires tomorrow
There is NO option to be seen with an email address
Why such a big firm is not able to have a human custom support
Why this digital Kafka labyrint where one gets at the same contact info ending in what I said above...

I called earky afternoon Amsterdam time... I was connected, did press all the options and ended up with a message that I was going to be connected to a help desk person... then came the broken digital music, then the message repeated...
Just a complete failure...

now I have been called back... by a real person who supplied me with the information that should have been on the page about hwo to renew a student suscription...
Now I want to erase ththe message... as I geive (not thinking enough) a full eamil address in the original post
I see NO option...
Anybody who knows how to erase a message?
ADOBE should have an option to remove a message....
tHope someone knows how to erase this sequence...

I had the same crackled music while on hold for over 30 minutes. I cant believe how they try to make it so dificult for you to get help.

I just had that crackled music for 16 minutes, then they hung up. I have NEVER got through to Adobe in less than 15 minutes. This is clearly deliberate and shameful business practice.
I am looking for products to replace the Adobe ones I feel forced to use. Capture One is a big improvement on Lightroom in many areas, and it doesn't have to be subscription. I wish I could find a good Photoshop alternative, my copy won't save layered files and Adobe doesn't want to help me. They just dump my problems on "the community".

Same thing has happened to me.....unexcusable. I have been on hold twice now today for an hour. So where does my money go? I am totally disgusted with Adobe. I even tried the chat line and it was so robot -tized coulnd't get anyone there either. Adodbe us startubg to suck.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.
If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
You can also search for Adobe customer support using your favorite search engine. This will normally provide you with a regionally appropriate phone number that you can use.
Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.
