Adobe Update password but security code is not received

I have another Adobe account and received a message to update my password. When I click the link I get the message that the security code was sent, I never receive this code. I have tried different options to include text, email, etc. but nothing works. If I do this a few times the update screen locks and tells me to try again later.

 

How do I get support for this?

After 3 days Adobe might have fixed the issue. I never received a text but did finally receive an email.
