My Mac is running 10.13.6 and seems to be out of date as I can't update Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign because I get a 'Not Compatible' message.  Can I get a reduction in my subscription?

If I do upgrade to 11. (Big Sur) what problems will I encounter?

I don't work for Adobe, but I will say no... if you are able to keep using your older versions, you keep paying the same amount

I do NOT know if Adobe's current versions are 100% compatible with BS

If you go to Big Sur you will need to replace all of your apps, not just Adobe's. There are still some issues with the huge changes in Big Sur, give it another 6 months. You don't need those upgrades. Why would you get a discount - the old apps work as well now as they did before...
