Hey guys, I just formatted my MacPro and intsalled mavericks. My Creative Cloud account is fine, already did my payments. At home it all installed fine, but at work, AE is stuck at 90% and DOES NOT MOVE.

I already cancelled installation, restarted and retried but it is still stuck at 90%.

Does anyone have any idea?....

Hey Martin

I had the same problem and i think i know why its stuck. try going to files and open manually AE, a message should come up and say" AE may be incomplete or damged" and click ingrore. ADobe Manager should pop up and sign in and then the installer will move from 90 to 97%

I had the same problem, here is how I fixed it.  Go to Control Panel and select uninstall programs.  At 90* installation Adobe reader was showing up in the list on my machine.  Highlight it and click the "Change" button above.  Then select the "Repair" option.  And that's it!  Fixed my issues.  I am on a windows 7 machine.
