We have 250 seats licenses for CS6, sometimes the software will pop up re-enter product key screen. After that we ask for Adobe support, the support checked that we have only 2 seats license, after support checked, it should be 250 seats, so the support changed our serial number for update to 250seats CS6.
After the change, we got the re-enter product key pop up every time, and we contact Adobe support again, the support said that this is MacOS licnese, not both Windows and MacOS lincense. But we brought 250 seats both Windows and MacOS. And Adobe support said that they will not continuous to support us, we have to ask here.
CS6 is out of support, but that does not mean the community can help. This is just a lie told by support to get rid of people, the community has no powers over your account, it isn't even Adobe staff. Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff.
