Hola. Actualicé After Effects a su versión más nueva, pero no me funciona. El audio se distorsiona, se traba y se alenta.

¿Hay forma de poder instalar nuevamente la versión 2019?

your cc subscription includes the current and one (major) previous version.  

you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials.

other versions are revealed in the apps tab by clicking the 3 dots adjacent to the open/install button after clicking preferences>cc>tick show older apps.

p.s. you might be able to resolve the problem with the current version by resetting your preferences, http://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/using/preferences.html

p.p.s. if resetting preferences fails you still might be able to resolve the problem by posting in the ae forum.
