After effects cc 2019 won't open

After effects won't open. I'm on a macbook. It bounces a few times and doesn't open.

Mar02, sorry you are unable to open After Effects CC.  What type of Creative Cloud membership are you trying to use After Effects CC with?  There is no membership associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum, Mar02.
