Already subscribed, but Indesign asking me to rebuy ...

I am already a paid up monthly member to use Indesign. But I had the app installed on a previous laptop, which has since died.

I cannot work out how to download and reinstall on my new computer. the app just asked me to sign up for the free trial (which I did) and is now asking me to buy the app. 

 

Frustrating as I already have it and pay for it. Please please help !

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

Worth noting that EVERYTHING is based on your Adobe ID. The Adobe ID has the subscription; when you install the Creative Cloud app, you must sign on with that same Adobe ID. The rest should happen magically (but if it doesn't see the other reply for how to fix it).
