Please share the name of the application that you are trying to launch and the list Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installed on your machine, so that we can assist you appropriately.

Please Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update from O...  and reinstall it.
