It startet while I wanted to open Acrobat but it instantly closed after opening it. I unistalled it but now i can't find it anywhere in the Creative Cloud.

I tried the same with all the other Apps. Not a single Applikation starts. They all close directly after opening them. I tested it once again by unistalling the Media Encoder and again it disappeard out of the Cloud an i can't find it anywhere.  Now I'm afraid to unistall the others because they will probably also disapear out of the cloud.

Actually I'm always good at solving problems like this but this Time I really don't know what to do.

if by "Creative Cloud" you mean your cc desktop app, do the following.  (but if that's not what you mean, do not do the following and explain what you mean.)

ftry resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

I did everything in the right order. Still nothing has changed... After unistalling everything, some applications disappeard, just like I thought. When I go to Photoshop It says somethin with "send link" and I need to activate it. But if I look in my Adobe Acount, in the browser, where all my available applications are listed, everything appeared again.

They only disappeard in the Desktop Creative Cloud. And even after all these steps I did, they are still not listet and available for installation.
