At startup PC windows10 (64bit) Adobe Creative Cloud app gives an error message. (fig1)Schermafdruk 2021-06-06 12.11.23.png

When i press repair the repair stops at about 50% and freezes. Apps don't work anymore.

When i use the removal tool for ACC it removes the program and gives the next message.(fig2)Schermafdruk 2021-06-06 12.58.26.png

Install of the app Adobe Creative cloud keeps freezing at 52,5% when reinstalling.

This continues for a couple of hours.

Then suddenly it will install completely again.

Very strange. This happened to me three times the last two months.

Anyone experienced something like this and what solution is there for this proble

Hi kglad,

Thanks for the answer.

I ask myself if there is anything Adobe can do about this "bug" in the app ACC.

This is costing a lot of time to repair each time this error occurs.

Best regards,

Peter

you're welcome, and i don't know.

i've never (fingers crossed) seen that message despite 10 years of usage, but i know a lot of people do see that message.  i wonder if something (eg av, antimalware, cleaners, space savers etc) on your computer repeatedly corrupts some of your cc files.
