  • Creative Cloud doesn't show last version of the app and I receive a message saying that adobe updater is not allowed on my Mac and suggesting to "contact the administrator" but I am not a client enterprise. On another device (MacBook Pro) it works perfectly the autoupdate
  • The only way to update on my Mac is to disinstall and then re.install the new version but clearly it is not the ideal way
  • Any suggestions?
  • THANK YOU

Does this happen with one particular app or multiple?

You could try the Adobe Cleaner as below which can address issues that interfere with a new installation or update.
