Hi,
The title says it all. I cancelled my subscription on the first day of the trial cause it is useless on the iPad Pro with it limited functions(I was charged the same day I cancelled for the first time). Still I am getting charged but it isn't even the official price. I tried contacting the support the past months with no success. All of the "Contact Us" hyperlinks are leading to the page I started(Independant of browser or device)(https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html). I tried using the hotline for about 37-39 times and getting thrown out of line after 1 to 5 hours of waittime of hearing the same waiting song over and over again. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.
