Billing information problem, Mexico don't appears on Country

i can not do the step 4 if the fields are not correct, the bank will rejects the purchase, I am from chile but my friend who lend me his credit card is from mexico,

I tried to get in contact by phone with the support but it seems that i needed to prefix some numbers before to call.

Hi Jecu,

As I understand, you are from Chile, however, the card you are using is from Mexico. Creative Cloud is definitely available in Mexico but you need to make sure that your account should also have Mexico as the registered country. Only when both the things match you can go ahead with the purchase.

I can set my region to Mexico, so Mexico is definitively a country in which Adobe operates (it would have been strange if not).

It may be, however, that you need to buy via a vendor.
