Dear people,

I want to share a problem on my computer with the Adobe Creative Cloud library.

The point is it appears completely black, with no way to use it in any way.

After some research, and reinstalling Creative Cloud and all the necessary programs, I haven't been able to find the right solution yet.

Is there eventually anyone among you who has also had to deal with this problem too and managed to solve it.

I have attached an image of the library as it currently stands.

With kind regards,

Maarten

And for what program are you asking this question about?

The screen shot you included is so limited in what you are seeing on your screen it is hard to tell what your real problem is.

I notice what looks like a Scroll Bar section on the right hand side that is more than halfway down whatever dialog box page that screeen shot is of.

Can you show use a large section of your screen?

You can also try clicking the multi line icon in the upper right hand corner for a Pop Up menu of some sort.

Is this on a Phone?

Thank you for your comment.

Tthe program in this case is Adobe Photoshop.

The same problem on my PC also applies to Adobe Illustrator.

As you can see, there are no buttons as normal.

Hopefully this gives a clearer picture.

Greetings, Maarten
