Bug Creative Cloud

Bonjour,

 

J'ai fais les mises à jour de la cloud hier. Indesign, Illustrator marche mais photoshop a un gros bug. Il m'ouvre une image que je ne vois pas (juste en zoomant et dézoomant mais ça vibre) je peux appliquer des retouches sans voir l'image mais je ne vois pas le visuel. A côté de cela j'ai sans arrêt des messages d'erreur de la Creative Cloud (voir capture jointe) j'ai beau réparer, réinstaller rien ne marche. Pareil quand j'essaye de réinstaller la version photoshop avant la 22.4 rien ne répond. D'autres ont ce problème? la plateforme d'aide étant fermée à cette heure-ci. Merci

first, reset the cc app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Merci pour vos liens et votre message. J'ai tout désinstaller et re installé, par contre photoshop 22.4 bug toujours, je suis revenue à la version 22.31 et là ça marche.

Bonjour, j ai le même problème, le creative cloud semble ne plus rien faire, je voulais ré-installer Illustrator et je reçois un message d erreur même après avoir dé-installé et ré-installé le CC....espérons que le problème soit résolu rapidement...sinon quelqu'un sait comme je peux essayer de récupérer mon illustrator ( j avais mis le dossier dans la corbeille et vider la corbeille)

c'est bon, je viens d avoir une personne du centre d aide, et après plusieurs manip, on a désintaller toutes les applications adobe, redémarré et tous ré installés avec succès, le CC est de nouveau synchronisé.

Même message d'erreur sur macbookpro et macpro version MacOs Big Sur 11.3 depuis quelques jours.

Le réinstallation de creativecloud ne change rien.

J'attends un peu les solutions d'Adobe ... Pas trop envie de tout réinstaller  🙂

Je vous comprends, moi j'ai tous désinstaller et réinstaller, idem je suis sur Bigsur 11.3 mais c'était le photoshop 22.4 qui avait un gros gros bug. J'ai installé la 22.31 du coup et là ça marche enfin. Je vais attendre un peu avant de faire les mises à jour des logiciels. Tenez moi au courant, si Adobe vous donne une réponse du pourquoi 🙂 merci et belle journée

J'ai exactement le même souci.
Depuis quelques jours la dernière mise à jour de Photoshop faisait une erreur et ne voulait absolument pas s'installer.
Hier ça fonctionne enfin. Mais depuis, le creative cloud a le même comportement que sur votre capture.
J'ai tout essayé, rien n'y fait… Je remarque quelque chose aussi, c'est que depuis quelques jours la synchronisation des fichiers tourne dans le vide. Pareil quand je veux voir mes polices activées, ça tourne dans le vide. Est ce que ce ne serait pas une piste ? Peut être un problème au niveau des serveurs… 
N.B : je suis sur Mojave.

tout ces phénomènes sont identiques chez moi MacBookPro (macOS Big Sur 11.3.1) le problème vient bien de chez Adobe espéront que le correctif soit rapide🤞🏼

Vu le nombre de personnes affectées le problème doit bien de venir de chez Adobe. J'espère qu'ils vont trouver rapidement une solution.

Pour le moment silence radio. A minima un petit mail d’infos aux abonnés serait bien venu.

Perso j’attends. Une petite journée à tout réinstaller sur 2 macs les bras m’en tombent.

On va quand même relativiser en ce jour libération ensoleillé 😊

Thanks for your help Kglad.

However, that seems like a lot of hassle for the user in order to fix a problem primarily linked to the product itself.

Adobe should provide a fix for this. I don't have time to go through the whole thing about uninstall/install, reset, or whatever.

Adobe should communicate and come with a fix asap.

Well, I can't run Creative Cloud anymore (run > crash > repair > run > crash...)

In the short term, won't it be a problem with running Adobe applications without the subscription check ?

yes, but if it's not a problem today, waiting is reasonable.  i would expect cc will need to connect within 100 days if you pay annually, and within 30 days if you pay monthly or your adobe programs will fail to open with a message that you need to sign-in.

J'ai lu quelque part qu'il faut attendre jusqu'à lundi pour une solution qui virra d'Adobe. Quelqu'un peut confirmer cela. Quelqu'un d'Adobe pourrait nous laisser un petit message ici, non? Ou, sinon nous envoyer un message par courrier, non? Les Pubs, oui, tombent à merveille!

some employees almost certainly have inside information about the timing the next release (if it hasn't already been released).  but finding which employees have that info is difficult and because of nda's they probably are unable to say anything unless and until adobe corp decides to make a public announcement.  ie, maybe you'll hear something official but probably not, and almost certainly you won't hear anything until after the release.

Bonsoir.
Je viens de relancer le Creative Cloud.
Une nouvelle mise à jour de Photoshop m'a été proposée (22.4.1).
Je remarque que la synchronisation des fichiers ne tourne plus dans le vide.
Les polices actives s'affichent instatanement.
La Creative Cloud ne me demande plus de quitter ou de réparer…
Donc je pense que le nécessaire a été fait chez Adobe ^^

Bon, le seul moyen que j'ai trouvé ce matin, puisque Creative Cloud refusait de faire la MAJ de PS, a été de désinstaller PS pour le réinstaller et il est passé en 22.4.1. A priori, plus de bug.
