can I download photoshop and illustrator onto more than one comuter?

Hi 

I am about to download both illustrator and photoshop, but before I do that I wanted to ask if I am restricted to one device or can I download them onto a desktop and also an I pad or laptop?

-Install on a 2nd computer https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Installing-creative-cloud-on-two-devices/td-p/6048133

-Windows or Mac does not matter... 2 on the same operating system, or 1 on each

Ipad downloads are from the Apple store
