Can I get disks for Creative Cloud

I am wondering if there is anywhere to buy Creative Cloud on a disk for just a one-time payment instead of monthly.

It's subscription only (anyone offering it for a one time payment is a scammer, you get a virus for your trouble and the criminals also get your credit card number!)

BUT it's said that subscribers can contact Adobe and request it on disk, if their internet connection is too slow to download. A full time connection is still needed to run it.
