Can i verify files from back a up drive after fresh win 10 install?

Hi, I've recently updated my cpu and motherboard, I've done a fresh install of windows but have the Adobe suite on a seperate drive, is there a way to install CC suite using those files (like verifying a game file) or will i have to re-install?
