How can I cancel my test trial contract.
under "Manage plan" is no "cancel plan" visible.
As John T Smith says, you need to contact customer care to cancel.
In many cases, this is just before the end of the trial version and the cancel button is grayed out when preparing for the billing process to move to the full version.
If you finish the trial version and automatically switch to the regular version, don't worry, you will be billed once, but if you cancel within 14 days, you will get a full refund.
