Can't download photoshop error 125

Hi, Anyone know how to solve the error 125 problem? When i try download Photoshop via Adobe Creative Cloud it just says "error" and "retry" I have tried all the problemsolving adobe has on their website for this error. I even tried to completley turn off my firewall but nothing seems to work.

there's something on your computer/lan blocking connectivity to the secure adobe servers.  make sure you've done these first steps, How to fix network connectivity issues when downloading Adobe apps

if that all fails, confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos? if you can and still see a connection error (and the steps in the first link all failed), white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
