Hi.
I have mysterious issue where I can't download Photoshop at all. I have reinstalled Creative Cloud a few times and every single time when I start downloading Photoshop it stops at around 9% and then stops with an error message 106. I have no idea what to do because the solution to that error apparently is try again, and it hasn't worked in like the 30 times I have tried again. Seriously, is there a way to solve this, cause when writing this I have been waiting for an hour in the adobe support chat and zero help.
Thank you if ya have insight!

I had a similar issue.
Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.
The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
