Can't download Premiere Pro

I'm trying to download Premiere Pro for a college class, and the website isn't letting me. I'm using my school ID to log in, and when I start the download process, it takes me to a screen where I need to log in. When I input my school email, it redirects me to a log in screen for my school system. When I input my school ID and password there and hit "Log In", it just reloads and does nothing. I can log in using that ID and password on the actual school website, so I know I'm not putting in the wrong information. It just reloads, clears what I typed in, and doesn't progress whatsoever.

I was able to successfully download Premiere Pro, though I don't know if it was this suggestion or the one I got from my school that did the trick (my school's suggestion was to first use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool). I tried them both at the same time, and one of them worked.

Glad to hear the issue has been resolved.

I'll just add the using the Cleaner tool is a good approach when having problems installing an Adobe product.
