Can't Download Updates & Installations error code 113

Hello All,

 

I need some help about downloading and updating creative cloud apps:

I've tried disabling antivirus software, windows defender and other common things.

 

I also tried downloading with VPN(Different locations, private VPN hosted on DigitalOcean).

I checked my hosts file.

 

Need some help!
