Hello Mark, David and Jeff, Anyone Who Could Help
I live in the UK and only use a Desktop Computer.
My OS is Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
I come onto the Adobe site via my Google account.
I subscribed to a plan, Adobe Convert PDF, on 4 June, because it appeared to list that it could 'make scanned text editable with OCR'.....
However, I can't find any mention of this plan on the Adobe site.
Is this because it might be called by another name - eg, Edit PDF ?
And, how does one access these plans in order to use them?
Do I need to first download and install anything onto my computer?
Or would I need to go onto the Adobe site to find this plan?
I really need step-by-step guidance for Idiots, in Plain English!
Best regards

Hello John and thank you for your reply.
I followed the link you put in - but, when
I got to my Order History page, I could not
find any way of downloading anything.
And all I could find was my order number
ADB113346429UK - which I soon found out
was not this registration number that's being
asked for.
All I can find is what seems proof that I did
buy this 'Adobe Convert PDF Plan'.
But apart from that, I've seen nothing on the
site to say that this plan actually exists.
Best regards
