Can't install Photoshop CC2019 - Creative Cloud claims I do not meet system requirements

I've been awaiting the release of Photshop CC2019 (v.20) and now when it's out, my Creative Cloud app claims I don't meet the system requirements. It claims I have the wrong OS, but I am running Win 8.1 (v 6.3 build 9600) which should be able to run the latest version of PS.

The sys req states I need "Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10". How do I fix this?

Hi Matsholmberg,

As you have mentioned you are unable to install Photoshop CC 2019 as you are getting the message that your computer's operating system is not compatible.

The latest version of Creative Cloud apps does not support Windows 8.1.

To take advantage of the latest features in the CC 2019 apps, you'll need to upgrade your OS to a compatible version of Windows 10 which is version 1703 or above.

To know more about this please refer to OS support for CC 2019 apps.

Let us know if you have any more queries.

Hi, I cant install Photoshop CC 2018, CC 2019 on my system and I just updated it to Windows 10 Pro.
I used to use Windows 8.1 and I used Photoshop CC 2017 &  Photoshop CC2018.

Is Windows 10 Pro not compatible too because it saying it does not meet system requirements too.
