Can’t open project after Crush error

I was working on a project On Desktop when voice over refused to save recorded audio. I went to home page where I got a message saying my memory was full, So I deleted some Apps.Then I got an error message saying Adobe has crushed. I Xed out of the App then reopened. I can see my videos but can't open them. I restarted my computer no help. I removed the App and downloaded it again same problem. I got up at midnight to finish my work it's urgent.
