I am unable to get connected to Creative Cloud when my computer is connected to the internet through a VPN. All my other programs and wesites are accessible online when the VPN is connected. In fact I can download other applications and view YouTube videos with the VIN connection, If I disconnect from the VPN, then I am able to connect through the Creative Cloud app. I don't understand why this is a problem.
My VPN is connected to a server in the US...either in Seattle or Los Angeles.
Please help me figure this out.

One, I do not use a VPN and two I do not work for Adobe... but I do read a lot of messages
The Adobe cloud manager program must be able to verify your account, including making sure that your location matches your account profile... which it can't do over a VPN
