Can't update Photoshop 2020 or Creative Cloud

So Guys, My Photoshop 2020 and Creative Cloud updater is completely JACKED. I have two users on my machine: my regular user (me) and a test user. I suddenly cannot use photoshop 2020 in my regular user. I get the 205 error that photoshop has to close. I also cannot open Creative Cloud in either user. If I switch to my test user, I can use photoshop, but as you can imagine, having to switch between users drastically cuts down on productivity. I have tried trashing the PS prefs, uninstalling and reinstalling (which I cannot do because I cannot connect to the Adobe servers!) My Illustrator and InDesign works just fine in my regular user.

As I've said, I have been switching to my test user in order to use Photoshop, but now, I cannot create a simple drop shadow or use Gaussian blur. I get hard lines and no blur! FIX THIS. We pay ENTIRELY too much for these programs to deal with them not working. I have contacted Adobe support and was told that, because photoshop works in my text user (but now I see that it does not work properly), this is my problem to solve, and, so sorry but we can't do anything for you... THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I need my VERY EXPENSIVE programs TO WORK OR I NEED YOUR SUPPORT PERSONAL TO BE ABLE TO FIX THEM. Oh, and I've tried downloading through an ethernet connection rather than a wireless connection and that did not work either.

The problem appears to be on your end as I have no trouble using Creative Cloud or Photoshop.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use. Check each one.

Error 205 indicates that your downloaded installation file became corrupted:

Why can't you connect to the Adobe servers? How did you install Photoshop then?

Also, you could try using the 'Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool' to remove any leftover traces of Adobe apps after you've uninstalled them:
