Can't use any adobe software cause of a pop up re-poping and re-closing again and again.

Hello !

I having a big issue while trying to open any software of the Creative cloud (Ai, Psd etc)

What's happening it's that when I open it, a pop up (for connection maybe) keeps pop ing up and then closing automaticaly then re-poping and re-closing again and again.

(As you can see in the video in the attachement)

And it's happening on any software so I can't use any of the adobe suite right now ...

Can someone have a solution plssssss :((((
