아뇨 진행중입니다. 답변이 어도비 헬프센터에 나와있는데로 하라고만 하지 아직 명쾌한 답변은 없습니다

저도 전화도 안된다고하고 채팅도 답장 느리고 플랜관리 섹션이 아예 안떠서 어떻게 해야할지 전혀 모르겠네요..
