Can someone help me cancel my subscription to Lightroom please?

I have tried and tried Acc mgr which leads to virtual assistance which answers but doesn't reply??

Why is this? Doesn't seem fair.
Depends on the plan you subscribed to.
Annual subscriptions are a 12 month commmitment with an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining commitment.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
Did you ever read the Subscription Terms that you agreed to?
You have 14 days to cancel an annual plan without penalty. After that, there is a 50% cancellation for early termination of your contract. To avoid penalty fees, wait until your 12th month to cancel. EZPZ.

You need to contact Adobe directly through the Chat system at the link below.
Select the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.
Type in AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI System.
I really dont enjoy being a bother but do you maybe have any idea what to do if neither of those options work? the "contact us" link doesnt give me the option of typing, instead I get: "

Im signed in, using Chrome, allowed cookies, there is no chat option. So please, how can I contact you? How can I get help?
